A Little About Me
When I was four I got into trouble for coloring on my bedroom ceiling. I was no Michelangelo but the ceiling was white, the top bunk was mine and I had crayons, what did they expect? Ever since then I've considered myself an artist. I'm someone who loves animals of all kinds, the environment and of course people! I believe in the power of story telling through various art forms. Mine happen to be paint, mixed media, clay and encaustics (melted beeswax). I have a fascination with sacred geometry, symbolism, lanterns, labyrinths, secret gardens, topiaries, bold colors and surrealism. I believe that kids are brilliant and know much more than many give them credit for. But, I also believe that every adult, if they look close enough, is still a kid at heart.
I live in Indiana with my amazingly supportive partner Julie and our semi-domesticated wild things.
